Eligibility for Returns

• •Returns are accepted only if the product is damaged, defective, or incorrect at the time of delivery.
• •The issue must be reported within 48 hours of receiving the order.
• •Products must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.

Return Process

Please contact us with your order ID, images of the product, and a brief description of the issue. Once approved, we will arrange a replacement or refund, as applicable.

Refunds

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.

Divine Adore reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet the above conditions.
